Regularly, the foreign subsidiaries of Parfums Dior organize trips for their teams to the Grasse region, delving into the very core of the brand’s DNA. This year, the Dior Italy teams, leveraging our expertise, entrusted us with organizing an Education Trip for 170 of their team members.

These three days, following in the footsteps of the perfumer couturier in the Grasse region, allowed the Dior Italy teams to immerse themselves in the brand’s codes. A fascinating journey discovering the brand’s production domains of roses, jasmine, and orange blossoms. There was also a lot of emotion, stirred by the visit and lunch organized at Château de la Colle Noire. Nestled in the heart of unspoiled nature that fills Provence with fragrance, this magnificent property stands in the Var commune of Montauroux, a short distance from Grasse. This place, envisioned to recreate Christian Dior’s childhood garden under a different climate, was his refuge and source of inspiration for his perfumes and collections.

The gala evening organized on the most prestigious beach of the Croisette beautifully concluded this stay on the French Riviera. A journey reflecting a strong brand with a rich history and solid values…
