The Leadership Convention brings together the brand’s franchisees for 4 days of reunions and work. This year, the event was marked by the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the DESSANGE brand!

The 2024 edition of the Leadership Convention brought together 180 franchisees in Marbella. The plenary session provided an opportunity to take stock of the past year and the year to come, marked by the brand’s 70th anniversary. The weather, summery for a month of January, made for a joyful and musical catamaran escapade, while the ambience of the capital of the Costa del Sol lent itself perfectly to the organisation of festive evenings.
The gala evening, ‘Andalusian Party’, took place in an authentic local Cortijo, where a horse show preceded a fiery flamenco performance. The festivities continued well into the night, buoyed by the boundless energy of the sensational group ‘Charly & the Angels’.
