SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY
The project
Because Europcar Mobility Group is a major player in sustainable mobility, offering attractive and responsible alternatives to car ownership, we designed an event that was both mobile and had a reduced environmental impact… Europcar’s rear base at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport gave invited employees the chance to try out electric cars and bikes.
The staging of the plenary session, adhering to the same imperative of mobility, allowed for 2 key moments in distinct spaces: seated on the stage side first, the guests then stood up to attend 2 other speeches at the back of the room.
A veritable ballet tuned to the millimetre!
Outcome
The sets were made from recyclable materials and designed to be reused at a later date, the floral decorations were replaced by rental plants, and electrical power was
in the spotlight throughout the convention, which was held under the banner of environmental responsibility.
