CINER is a major Turkish industrial conglomerate operating in energy, the media and commerce. Every year, it organises a huge gala night on the fringe of a trade fair. In 2019, it was held in Cannes.
September being a propitious month for outdoor events on the French Riviera, the Château de la Napoule was earmarked to host this glamorous reception in Cannes. The 200 guests enjoyed a cocktail party on the medieval walls overlooking the sea, admiring the sunset over the Bay. Guests were suitably impressed by the 5-course gastronomic dinner served in the main courtyard, with the château as backdrop, floodlit for the occasion.
The cocktail party followed by sit-down dinner fostered some interesting conversation, in an idyllic setting, among guests from all over the world. French châteaux, and historic monuments in general, always work magic on a gala night!
