The International Retail Training Seminar is the major event in the Parfums Dior international training program. 200 training Managers from all over the world are invited each year.

The 2023 edition of this event was bound to be exceptional, as it marked the return of the face-to-face format after 4 years of digital! Alicante, in southern Spain, was chosen as the venue for this reunion seminar. The theme “The Heart of Art” led to the creation of a “Dior Factory”, transforming the plenary into a veritable art gallery, with walls covered with works to discover before the launch, and a pianist on stage to punctuate the passage of speakers and the closing fashion show. Art was again the central theme of the gala evening, held in the gardens of a Finca that gave pride of place to dancing. A modern flamenco troupe set the audience alight, revisiting traditional Andalusian dance tableaux.

An event marked by the joy of reunion, a memorable theme and excellence in every detail of the organisation.
