PREFERENCE EVENTS ORGANISES TAILOR-MADE INCENTIVE TRIPS AND COMPANY SEMINARS IN ICELAND.

Iceland’s riches are countless and diverse, and are not limited to a cold, remote country with an erupting volcano whose name no one has ever been able to pronounce (remember the Eyjafjallajökull volcano!).
Iceland always fascinates its visitors. Constantly evolving natural landscapes, ancient Viking culture, trendy fashion and design designers, unique gastronomy…

This small island state of just 300,000 inhabitants, closer to the Arctic Circle than to Europe and with its incredibly unspoilt nature, is full of surprises to discover when organising a corporate incentive trip, seminar or board meeting.
Better than a stay in Reykjavik, the Icelandic capital, organising a tour across the island will give you the chance to experience a collective adventure and discover the magic of the Fjords with their villages wedged between the mountains, as well as incredible waterfalls such as Detifoss Falls.

In Iceland, the guests on your exceptional trip will be able to recharge their batteries in the 38° hot waters of the Blue Lagoon, admire the spectacle of whales or the eruption of geysers, fly over an erupting volcano and, perhaps, admire the splendour of an aurora borealis!

Very close to nature, offering incentive activities geared towards adventure and discovery, Iceland is an extraordinary destination for a corporate incentive or sports trip, but also for organising an executive committee meeting or prestigious seminar.

Accommodation in Reykjavik

In Iceland, hotel accommodation is fairly limited to medium-capacity hotels suitable for organising corporate events involving management committees and medium-sized groups (fewer than 100 people).

Reykjavik offers a number of 4-star hotels with fully-equipped meeting rooms for seminars, general meetings and board meetings.
Some charming hotels with innovative design (the Centerhotel Thingholt, built in a former printing factory, or the Centerhotel Arnarhvoll, offering an impressive view of the mountains).
In the heart of nature, there are small hotels of a special kind: ice hotels, giant log cabins with a swimming pool and spa, or grass-covered houses reserved for the organisation of tailor-made trips for a small number of guests (press trips, VIP trips, board meetings, etc.).

Activities in Reykjavik

Iceland offers a breathtaking density of incentive, team-building and discovery activities that will enchant even the most jaded of your guests. In this island on the edge of the Arctic Circle, nature takes pride of place and will leave its mark on the organisation of your corporate incentive or reward trip.

Rejuvenate in the warm (38°) azure waters of the Blue Lagoon.
Organise an excursion to see the island’s many waterfalls, including Detifoss (45m), the most powerful in Europe, Godafoss, Gulfoss and Seljalandsfoss (which you can explore by passing behind it!).
Go out to sea to watch the whales dance (especially during their breeding season, from April to October).
Organise a bike, mountain bike or horse ride.
Discover the Jokulsarlon icebergs, huge blocks of ice thousands of years old, on board an amphibious boat.
Organise an exceptional scuba dive in the Silfra fissure, known as the only place on earth where you can swim between two tectonic plates.
Admire the eruption of geysers
Fly over an erupting volcano and get within 100 metres of the crater!
And above all: admire the splendour of an aurora borealis!
