Crète

With a surface area of 8336 km2, Crete is the 5th largest island in the Mediterranean, behind Sicily, Sardinia, Cyprus and Corsica. It has been part of Greece since 1913, but has nevertheless retained a strong identity, no doubt due to its island status.
Known as ‘The Island of the Gods’, according to Greek mythology, Crete is the birthplace of Zeus, the supreme Greek God.
Chania and Heraklion are the only (small) towns on the island, and both have airports (only served from France in spring and summer). Crete is mainly made up of fishing villages that stretch out along its coastline and add to the charm of this island, which you can choose to organise an incentive trip or seminar close to nature and the sea.
